Summary
Developmental Evaluation (DE) is an approach started by Michael Patton. It is a type of evaluation that support the development of innovation in complex situations. DE is comprised of documenting, analyzing and interpreting what emerges to facilitate learning, accountability, and future action. This is an adaptive process.
