Construct "mental models/mind maps" of interconnected issues with diverse professionals

Summary

Holding stakeholder sessions to harness the substantive knowledge of the various professionals involved was the first step in the process. This results in sketches of the interactions identified. Though not used by EPA on this project, there are many software tools for mind mapping such as mindmeister, Xmind, mindjet, and FreeMind to digitize sketches.
