Watershed homeowners enter into a voluntary agreement with neighbors to adopt resilience/sustainability/low impact development practices on their property, reducing ecological footprint and impact on watershed. Using norms-based behavior change method ("peer pressure"), website keeps record of which neighbors are doing what based on GIS parcel map of the watershed.
